Sen. Izunaso Congratulates Nigerian Men on Int'l Father's Day

Distinguished Sen Osita Izunaso, OFR, member representing the good people of Imo West Senatorial District and Chairman Senate Committee on Capital Market and Institutions, has extended heartfelt congratulations, solidarity, admiration and gratitude, to all Nigerian men; especially great men of Orlu Zone, on the occasion of the 2025 International Father's Day Celebration, saying, "the invaluable role fathers play in shaping the lives of families and communities cannot be overemphasised".

In a statement released today, Sen Izunaso said, "the sacrifices, dedication, and love that Nigerian fathers demonstrate daily in caring for their families, protecting and providing for their loved ones, can never be quantified! Saying that, "Nigerian men can be classified as 'super-humans', for being able to meet up with the huge demands, challenges and responsibilities as fathers in a not so friendly excruciating socio-political-economic atmosphere. 

He emphasized on the crucial need for a strong father figure in every home, to nurture future generations that will instill important virtues and values in the society at large.

Sen Izunaso urges Nigerian men to continue to be positive role models-mentors, sources of strength and inspirations to their families.

Concluding, the Distinguished Senator advised Nigerian men to always find time to for exercises, good rest and possibly vacation amidst their stress and tight schedules, for their overall health benefits.
