AIG ZONE 7 HOSTS CRIME REPORTERS GLOBAL, PLEDGES COLLABORATION 

Representatives of Crime Reporters Global, led by it's National Chairman, Comrade Tita Onyebuchi, Mnuj, on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, paid a courtesy visit on the Assistant Inspector General of Police Zone 7, AIG Victor Olaiya, psc(+) and his management team at the Zone's Headquarters in Abuja, where they had fruitful discuss on strategic partnership and mutual collaborations aimed at strengthening relationship between the Crime Reporters Global,  Media and the Police.

This visit which afforded Crime Reporters Global the opportunity to express their concerns regarding security situation in the FCT and environs, also was used in commending the efforts the Nigeria Police Force Zone 7, in the war against crime and criminality and community engagements, including theier efforts in exploring non-kinetic ways of enhancing crime reduction, Intelligence gathering and information sharing between Investigative Reporters, the Police and other security agencies.

AIG Olaiya expressed appreciation for the visit, harping on the importance of responsible journalism in promoting transparency, trust, and accountability within the Policing system.

The engagement concluded with mutual assurances of continued collaboration and steadfast support towards advancement of the public safety and the promotion of a more secure society.
