A frontline non-Governmental Organization, with special interest in Security called Eagle Crime Awareness and Prevention Initiative, ECAPI, also known as Crime Stoppers, in its bid to step up its activities inline with international best practices, has finalized arrangements to hold the batch B of its ongoing Intelligence/undercover training for its members.

In line with the current manpower development and capacity building initiative embarked upon by the Leadership of Eagle Crime Awareness and Prevention Initiative (ECAPI) ably led by its President/Founder, Amb. Samuel Eniola Adam, it has become imperative to inform all the members of this organization that effective January 01, 2023, any nominal member of ECAPI who has NOT participated in the on-going POLICE/ECAPI Undercover Agents Training being facilitated by the Lagos State Police Command, may loose his or her membership forthwith.


While addressing the issue of Restructuring the Organisation for more robust synergy and alliance with the Nigeria Police Force and other Law Enforcement Agencies in the coming year.

The President stated that it has become expedient for all the members of this noble Organisation to take advantage of the rich course contents of this training to broaden their operational knowledge and service spectrum. He further re-assured all members that the restructuring exercise will open up many functional and vibrant Command Centres in different parts of the country with active Service Commanders taking charge to provide unrelenting and consistent intelligent support to the Law Enforcement Agencies particularly the Nigeria Police Force.

Consequently, the President has directed that ALL members of Eagle Crime Awareness and Prevention Initiative (ECAPI) should endeavour to  register online and fulfill all the necessary requirements for selection to attend this rare and unique Training facilitated by The Nigeria Police Force.

Therefore, anyone who fails to attend this training will be de-listed and cease to be a member of this Organisation by midnight of Saturday, December 31, 2022.
