The Federal Road Safety Corps Anambra State Command has appealed to motorists and other road users to always obey traffic rules and regulations during and after Ember Months, to avoid road accidents on highways.

This was contained in an Audio / Visual material released during an Ember Months Safety enlightenment presentation by the Sector Commander, Mr Adeoye Irelewuyi.

The Corps Commander explained that motorists should disabuse their minds from negative thoughts attached to ember months, saying, that the main causes of accidents on the highways include carelessness and disregard to traffic regulations.

Mr Irelewuyi appeales to drivers to drive with utmost care during the 2021 Ember Months' season, as their loved ones will be waiting to welcome them after their journey■ END
